Yeah, php 8.5 will put the sabberworm at 9.3.0. I have a test 8.5
system with that there. I think there is a requirement for php 8.0-8.4
in css_parser, so I think you're right: css_parser doesn't know about
8.5 or sabberworm 9.3 that php8.5 requires. I believe they are aware
of it.
