[horde] Fresh Install - not finding maildir mail

Back in April, I migrated from mbox to maildir format.

Up until this fresh install, imp had been retrieving my mail from my  
Maildir, as expected.

However, since the install, it only sees the old mail.

What have I missed that needs attention?

I've gone to the test page and it sees the imap server without issue.

I'm missing something easy, I just know it.
