Hello,
you might have noticed that our Horde infrastructure (wiki, bugs, website)
is super fast some times of the day and almost unusable for hours at other
times.
We are working to mitigate that. There are multiple angles, bot and AI
traffic, performance optimizations in the code itself, setup issues.
It's an interesting learning experience.
By all means, for the time being use your github account to create issues.
We are building an integration between the whups bug tracker and github
issues/PRs so you can interact the way you prefer.
But until we reliably deliver the necessary performance across the day it's
kind of pointless and you best go to github.
Of course we will NOT ignore the mailing list, especially if it's not easy
to determine which part of the system causes your problem.
It's just making our life easier keeping track of issues if everything has
a number and a status.
