Are the above still the recommended instructions for testing ActiveSync 
at the moment? I have installed a fresh instance of Horde6 today in a 
separate LXC container and configured ActiveSync with 16.0 - but I find 
email sync quite erratic against both Gmail and Nine on Android. The 
Horde 5 instance in the same setup syncs predictably.
