[horde] Migration from MySQL to PgSQL

Hordectl will eventually evolve into a tool which can migrate all kinds of
application data to a backend-neutral yaml file and back into (mostly)
arbitrary backends. We already have it for groups, users and permissions
and we will amend it to have a mechanism into which mnemo etc can hook.
It's not designed to operate on the SQL level but to represent resources.

However, a "db copy" command is not aligned with its design. All resources
should hook into the query / import / patch paradigm.

Let's refine this first.
