[horde] SSL-Error with composer and GIT

  Something is goofy with your certficate store or you're using a  
proxy of some sort that isn't doing ssl.

Ensure that caroot package is installed. If you're not the admin, then  
you can have it bypass a cert check.

To bypass ssl verification, you could do:

git -c http.sslVerify=false  
clone https://github.com/maintaina-com/horde-deployment.git horde

But, there's something amiss on your system where git isn't using the castore.
