[i18n] locale

Some questions :
1) I have found some spelling errors in the Swedish translation, and 
some words we would like to change.
How do I edit the .mo file ?

2) The .xml help file is not translated, we are doing that now. But how 
do I force a newline
in the help text ?

3) nb_NO (Norsk Bokmål) does not seem to have a locale by that name, I 
copied nn_NO and generated
the locale, but I still does not work, any idea ?
