[i18n] locale

As I mentioned in my message, I have both locales installed. I guess you're
referring to this:

# locale -a |grep NO
nb_NO
nb_NO.ISO-8859-1
nn_NO
nn_NO.utf8
no_NO
no_NO.utf8
se_NO

And it's both on the lates CVS Head version, and the RC3's.

Does it work for everybody else? I get the English translation when I choose
nb_NO, and not the default language.
