[i18n] Hungarian Horde and IMP .po files

Hi,

a finished the .po files for the upcoming IMP 3.1 and Horde 2.1.
They are not perfect, but a lot better than nothing!
I plan to translate the following packages too:
turba, kronolith, mnemo and nag
