The Japanese translation was based on Horde 2.0/IMP 3.0 and hasn't been
updated since then. So there's probably space for improvements.

Any insights here are welcome. I have no idea how common the different
Russian charsets are and when or where they are used. I just use a script to
have both the windows and the koi-8 formats based on the same translation.

Btw, I Cc'd the message to our i18n mailing list, let's continue the thread
there.
