[i18n] IMP Folder name localize possible ?

Sure, but most time it doesn't make sense.
Imagine a user that logs on the first time. He sends a mail and depending on
the setup a "sent-mail" folder gets created and stored in the identity. He
then changes his language and the result is, uhm, unpredictable.
