[i18n] Slovak translation of IMP's help

Hello,
	I've translated help.xml file for IMP 3.1. Available for download at
http://www.vazka.sk/~vix/horde/imp-sk_SK-help.xml

	I've (manualy) updated the original header in the xml file (the $Horde
.. $ one) to reflect the date and version of the translation. Please
tell me if that's a problem.
