[i18n] Translate help files

Hi there

What is the best way to translate the help files?

In a  few days  time (hopefully), I'm  going to put  a stable  system of
horde,  imp +  turba in  production.  One of  the missing  items is  the
Portuguese IMP help files, which I'm about to translate.

Should I get the english version from HEAD (help.xml from cvs)?
Would they be ok for use in older, stable version?

imp:    3.1-2
