[i18n] Mnemo 1.1-RC2

The Horde Team is pleased to announce the second release candidate for
the Mnemo 1.1 release.  Barring any problems, this release candidate will be
the last before the official release version of Mnemo 1.1.  Testing is
requested and comments are encouraged.
