Hello.

I have distributed Japanese localized IMP on www.imp-jp.org.
Japanese localizing of IMP is not perfect only at replacement of a 
message file.
I added conversion of a character code, made patch for imap_search 
function of PHP etc.

Now, I am workng based on CVS version.
I'll send a patch in a few days.
