[i18n] typo in nls.php

Hello,

i posted about this long time ago. But something happened again, so.
there is a small typo in nls.php:

$nls['languages']['lt_LT'] = 'Lietuvi&#x0161;kai';

should be:

$nls['languages']['lt_LT'] = 'Lietuvi&#x0173;';

it is more correct gramatically.
