Hi,

according to Mozilla's Trad. Chinese translation project,
they translate Trad. Chinese into "¥¿Å餤¤å" instead of "ÁcÅ餤¤å"

i think we should adapt this translation, and i attach a patch
for this. if you agree this, could you please sent to Jan?
