[i18n] Translations on Debian Woody

Hi

I've installed Horde 2.2.1 and IMP 3.2.1 one a Debian Woody (with Php4 packages from Woody).
I've managed to have locales working on php  but still can't have it to work for Horde/IMP.


setlocale (LC_ALL, 'fr_FR');
echo strftime ("%A %e %B %Y", mktime (0, 0, 0, 12, 22, 1978));
returns :
vendredi 22 décembre 1978 


Is there something else to do ?
