I just configured IMP using Hamster IMAP4 server on my horde using
CVS/HEAD version, to confirm translation sanity.  It does not seem to
show correct ISO-2022-JP encoded Japanese emails.  (Snapshot dump at
http://www.ml-search.com/horde/horde/imp-snapshot-20030815.gif - see
it in full screen view.)  This is something different from Jan's older
screenshot...

Are there any special configuration needed to make it work?

Also, notice those "./span)" garbage in shortcut (one on the head menu
and several of them in IMP head and footer menu lines.)  These things
are something we need to chase for.
