[i18n] Problems with translations

After installing latest(yesterdays) horde framework and IMP i'we seen,
that the translation of the IMP menu items is not working. After short
investigations I'we found that now some chars in those menu entries are
being underlined. So, the menu.inc is different from the past. It was
_("Compose"),
now it is _("_Compose"). Is this final? Should we rewrite the po files
for lithuanian translation?
