[i18n] getting PO files

Hello,

I would like to contribute to Georgian localization of Horde.  Could you please kindly advise me where I could find the PO files, as well as how I could commit the new Georgian POs to CVS?

I am also a coordinator of Mandrake Linux Georgian localizations and some other open-source and commercia projects (Opera browser, Google, Gnome etc.).
