[i18n] IMP H3 (4.0-RC1)

The Horde Team is pleased to announce the first release candidate of the IMP
Webmail Client version 4.0.

IMP, the Internet Messaging Program, is one of the most popular webmail
applications available.  It allows universal, web-based access to IMAP and
POP3 mail servers and provides a full range of features normally found only in
desktop email clients.

This is a preview version that should not be used on production systems.  This
version is considered feature complete and should only contain few bugs.  You
should not use this preview version over existing production data.

We encourage widespread testing and feedback via the mailing lists or our bug
tracking system.  Updated translations are very welcome.

The major changes compared to the IMP H3 (4.0-BETA) version are:
    * Show all subscribed folders in the left menu tree.
    * Only scan for emoticons in the body of text MIME parts.
    * Fix HTML composer in IE.
    * Fix message saving and attachment ZIP file generation.
    * Allow the spam reporting system to bounce a message to an email address.
    * Disable Kolab servers if Kolab has been disabled globally.
    * Updated installation instructions and todo list.

Known issues:
    * The left menu doesn't load after logging in on some systems. Reloading
      the frameset or logging out and back in fixes this.
