[i18n] LV .po file for Nag stable

Hi!

there is the __CORRECTED__ (comparing to the one sent 2 hrs ago) lv_LV.po file
for NAG stable.

I noticed at least three messages, which does not appear in po template:

1. in Change task priority (javascript popup):
a) You must select al least one task first
b) Please enter the task priority (1-5)

2. "Save Task" in Edit task view.

i used po file prepared by the translation.php tool.
