[i18n] Translation for IMP4.0 RC2

Hi all,

	Attached are pt_BR.po.gz (pot file) and help.xml.gz (help file) for IMP 4.0 
RC2.
	The translation was made from scratch since the old translation (for IMP 3.x) 
was just a little portion of text compared to the new pot file for the 
version 4.0.

	Brazilians can contact me if they have any suggestions for the translation.

	BTW, I found some problems in the original pot file/code. There is no 
translation for:

	* "Special Characters" (in compose window)
	* "Spell Check" (in compose window)
	* "new message" (I forgot to take note where it is)

	I hope you enjoy the job since it took me 3 days to translate, adapt and 
check these files. I'm planning to have a look in horde pt_BR.po and help 
file too.
