[i18n] IMP 4.0-RC3

The Horde Team is pleased to announce the third release candidate of the IMP
Webmail Client version 4.0.

IMP, the Internet Messaging Program, is one of the most popular webmail
applications available.  It allows universal, web-based access to IMAP and
POP3 mail servers and provides a full range of features normally found only in
desktop email clients.

This is a preview version that should not be used on production systems.  This
version is considered feature complete and should only contain few bugs.

We encourage widespread testing and feedback via the mailing lists or our bug
tracking system.  Updated translations are very welcome.

The major changes compared to the IMP H3 (4.0-RC2) version are:
    * More S/MIME improvements and fixes.
    * Some bug fixes.
    * Some layout and documentation updates.
    * Updated Brazilian Portuguese, Czech, Dutch, German, Lithuanian, Persian,
      and Spanish translations.

Known issues:
    * The left menu doesn't load after logging in on some systems. Reloading
      the frameset or logging out and back in fixes this.
