[i18n] Fwd: Re: Fwd: Re: Can't modify the Horde default language

It seems that it's only working in nl_NL,
because i don't think message means message in spanish or german ...
but i have bericht in nl ...
i tried to put nl_NL as default language in nls.php and and it's still in 
english
