[i18n] Re: International chars in emails?

Thanks for the input.
Yahoo and others like them unfortunately do set us-ascii as charset in 
their emails.
I have been searching a while for some logical place to complain to 
(yahoo) but I cant seem to find any.
Anyone have any idea of where I can turn to?
