[i18n] Problem with updated po files for Persian language

Hello Jan,

Our misundrestanding about the CVS branches resolved. The previous PO
files were for FRAMEWORK_3 branch, although they work for CVS head.

We will submit the updated PO files for CVS HEAD soon.
