[i18n] Translations (sv_SE)

I just grabbed a copy of HEAD20050614 and started making corrections to 
the IMP translation. I wanted to test the translation, but can't seem 
to get it working properly.

I've tried to follow the po/README instructions.. and I don't get any errors.

I've restarted Apache (can't recall if this is still required for 
gettext-stuff, but it used to be)..

What am I doing wrong?

Also, can I simply post a diff here from the HEAD20050614 IMP sv_SE.po 
and the new updated one?
