[i18n] Updated tranlations for fa_IR locale

Hello All

We updated current translations (.po files) and help.xml files of CVS HEAD
for following applications

horde/imp/turba/accounts/forwards/passwd/vacation

in fa_IR locale.

Files are located in different subdirectories of following address:
