Sorry about that.  This is my mistake.

How do I determine which versions I get, when I check out using tags 
FRAMEWORK_3
and HEAD, which I did.  I assumed that the stable and develop versions 
listed on
horde.org were synonymous with the tags.

I will strip the version numbers and only use the tags unless you tell me
otherwise :).
