[i18n] [Debian] name of the *.po files

Hi,

in the Debian bug tracking system there a some bugs filed against horde packages
which want to name translation files fr.po instead of fr_FR.po . Can you please
have a look at http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=336798 and
comment on this ( 336798 at bugs.debian.org )...bugs are also filed against other
packages, not only kronolith.
