[i18n] pt_PT , Translation problem

I have finished adding some translations to pt_PT the file was edited in
8-bit encoding and saved with it.

For some reason part of the translated text does not get translated
on IMP, is it for in the file still existing #, fuzzy lines ? The words
in msgid "" are correct I have checked the template compose.inc and the
others to be sure!

I can't locate the problem, I have followed the instructions in
horde/po/README
but don't see nothing refering this situation.

After translating,  I should only exec the comand

php translation.php -l pt_PT -m imp

correct ?

Any help is appreciated... Thank you in advance.
