[i18n] sv_SE (Swedish) translations

Hi!

Joaquim, please take care of the swedish translations. I don't have the time
to work with the translations, at least not in the coming months (or the
past month).

Hi!

I was in touch with Andreas Dahlén regarding the Swedish translations.
We agreed to split the workload, etc. but now it's been several months since
I heard from him and some translations are really dragging. It'd be nice
with a more up-to-date translation for the upcoming releases.
I've tried mailing him several times about this.

Can I extract whatever is in *RC1 and go on from there?

(IMP is already on my plate, which I've just submitted here)
