[i18n] Finnish locale updates to H3

Updates to H3 can be found at:
http://www.uta.fi/~leena.heino/horde/horde-framework3-fi.tar

Tar-files contains updates to:
horde, nag, mnemo, chora, gollem, ingo, turba, passwd, imp, kronolith

As finnish locales in the cvs head version are quite old, could you update 
those with these versions.
