In IMP (H3, 4.1-RC1), there's a place in "Options", under "Fetchmail",
where I can "Select an account"{or}[CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT]
On Line 25 in /imp/templates/fetchmail/account_select.inc, there's a
hard-copy "or" that should probably be moved to the language resources.
