[i18n] wrong fr_FR.po patch in imp patch 4.0.3 to 4.0.4

After a bit of research in the mailing list archive, I've found that there
was a broken .mo file for fr_FR in imp 4.0.4.

Thought you might like to know that the patch-imp-h3-4.0.3-h3-4.0.4 still
contains the wrong .po file, it changes the imp fr_FR.po to horde's
fr_FR.po

As 4.1 is not out yet, and some people (like I did) might upgrade with
patch files to 4.0.4, it might be useful to be repaired.
