[i18n] Translation to Catalan Language

Dear Jan,

We are making the translation of different modules from horde to Catalan 
language.

We have contacted with Angels Gimerà to inquire the situation of the 
translations to the Catalan language. Angels has said to us that it has 
already let collaborate in translation subjects.

Once we made the translations, we would like to lead the translation to 
the Catalan language of the new versions that appear.

That steps we must follow?
