[i18n] kronolith: fr_FR.po 2 missing strings

Hello
For the french translation of Kronolith, there are 2 missing strings, from legend.tpl:
- "Possible Meeting Time" -> "Libre" (this string is used for Attendees FreeBusy View)
- "No Information" -> "Non renseigné"
