[i18n] Basque language

 hi all,

 I wonder if there is someone already translating Horde to the Basque
language (eu)

 If not, I would like to know what should we do to start with it. Should
we register somewhere?

 We are interested in translating IMP and some modules (Ingo, Passwd,
Gollem and Turba). Would you advance some info about the complexity of
the translation? (how many words, files, ...)
