[i18n] Translation help needed

Hello everyone,

I have strange problem with translations.. When i change language on
login.php screen, it still stays on my native (Lithuanian) language.
If i change language in preferences (when loged in) to any other - it
workds great, but login screen still stays as a constant.. I have no
idea whats wrong with it... I'm using Solaris 10 OS if its important
to it..
