[i18n] Horde framework's confguration To Imp's configuration

Hello everybody,

I'm using horde 3.16, Imp 4.1.6. All i want is not to allow user to
configure horde's framework. I would like to put all aviable
preferences from horde framework's configuration to IMP's
configuration so user could change everything in one "block" (IMP) . I
was able to put almomst all configuration's from horde to imp, but
except one - timezones. So if i move time zones prefs['timezone'] from
horde to imp, then imp is not able to find any time zone at all. I
guess it is cause horde's configuration includes its own lib file, and
imp's its own.. So maybe anyone knows how to do it correctly, or if it
is possible to do at all :}
