[i18n] Horde Groupware Webmail Edition 1.1-RC3

The Horde Team is pleased to announce the third release candidate of the Horde
Groupware Webmail Edition version 1.1.
Horde Groupware Webmail Edition is a free, enterprise ready, browser based
communication suite. Users can read, send and organize email messages and
manage and share calendars, contacts, tasks and notes with the standards
compliant components from the Horde Project.
Barring any problems, this code will be released as Horde Groupware Webmail
Edition 1.1.
Testing is requested and comments are encouraged.
Updated translations would also be great.
The major changes compared to the Horde Groupware Webmail Edition version
1.1-RC2 are:
* Added a configuration option to force users to one of the webmail
frontends.
* Localized default folder names.
* Allow adding attachments to the problem reporting form.
* An experimental native SQL Share driver.
* A mock Groups driver for sites that don't need Groups.
* The Browser class recognizes IE8
* CSRF-protection tokens added to log out links and mailbox, message, and
folder actions.
* %l and %d are replaced with the current short username and domain name
in spam reporting shell calls.
* Added a hook-based quota driver.
* Made xinha add BR tag instead of P tag on enter keypress (Mozilla only).
* Added fckeditor to the list of supported javascript editors.
* Filter HTML body when replying to HTML messages with the WYIWYG editor.
* Allow users to set the HTML editor toolbar buttons in their preferences.
* Several multibyte string functions have been improved.
* Added Special Characters to compose screen to DIMP, if configured.
* Added "Reply to List" option to DIMP.
* Added Spanish, Russian and Hungarian translations to DIMP.
* Fixed viewing ZIP files.
* Fixed showing suggestions for the second or subsequent misspelled word.
* Fixed charset of composed HTML messages.
* Fixed message action dropdowns in IE.
* Fixed improper enabling of HTML composition on replies.
* Fixed popup URL generation.
* Many further bugfixes and improvements.
