[i18n] Horde Groupware Webmail Edition 1.2.x in Basque language (eu)

  Hi there!

  We have recently updated our Horde Groupware Webmail Edition to the 
last stable version (1.2) and therefore we have also updated the 
translation for our language.

  We have translated all the Groupware Webmail Edition + Gollem, help 
files included.

  I have zipped all the po and xml files here:
