[i18n] Continuing Hungarian translation

Hi,

I see in the Horde packages and on this list also that the Hungarian 
translation is somehow stopped almost two years ago.
Also, some packages have no Hungarian translation at all.
I would like to take over this task from my ancestors and update the 
existing translations and create the missing ones.

Is there anything I should know over horde/docs/TRANSLATIONS and 
horde/po/README?

Should I send the new po files to this list just like Toomas Aas sent 
the last one at
