[i18n] Finnish translations

Updated translations can be found at:

Hopefully these won't have any gettext related errors. At least 
horde_translation merge and make show no erros.

When issuing command horde_translation make, the report shows as if 
framework modules have no translated strings, even when they have. Is this 
expected behaviour?
