[i18n] problem with translations

Hi!

I observe such strange behaviour -

after update to the latest apps, i updated/make-d translations for  
locale lv and noticed that from horde.po few thousands of message were  
removed as obsolete.

but in the same time - Latvian translation disappeared almost  
entirely. At the first I blamed browser cache or squid, but then fond  
that the same relates to direct connections also.

What's wrong?
