[i18n] Label "Settings" obscures Gearwheel (DE)

Hi,

I installed the horde Webmail Edition 5.1.1 yesterday. The German  
translation works great out of the box, but the "Settings" label is  
neither translated nor positioned correctly. It sits right on top of  
the gearwheel in the topbar.
Is there a way to correct this behaviour? I saw other up to date  
installations which dont show any label near the gearwheel.
I already tried to find the section concerning this in the  
registry.php, but had no luck.
