[i18n] missing translation .po file and doesn't apply?

While I'm doing translation job.

I couldn't find following.

And I have translated some string, but can't apply on runtime.

How do I debug it?

ex. ' Default Alarm Setting:' ..

How can I verify that .mo contains my msgstr?
