[i18n] french translation for horde 5 ?

Hi,

Using horde/horde 5.1.6 (Horde Application Framework) with 
horde/ingo3.1.4 (An email filter rules manager) i wonder if there is a 
more recent version than 
https://github.com/horde/horde/tree/master/ingo/locale/fr/LC_MESSAGES ( 
from

	horde.mo 	Update fr translation. 	2 years ago
	horde.po 	Happy New Year! 	6 months ago

I'm asking because in 
https://github.com/horde/horde/blob/master/ingo/locale/fr/LC_MESSAGES/ingo.po, 
line 894, "Début d'abscence :" should be : "Début d’absence".
